Boot Camp
Aimed at those with some degree of physical fitness. It generally appeals to those who are looking for a different kind of physical challenge. You will get dirty, you will get wet and you will absolutely be pushed mentally and physically to your limit and perhaps beyond. The program consists of weekly sessions outside the gym in a number of locations. You'll do some hard yards but your trainers will be right beside you. Although Boot camp takes place outside of the Club all participants are given free Club memberships for the duration of Boot camp. It's great value for money and a true test of your mental and physical abilities.
